Investigating your needs	We will make sure that we understand exactly what you're looking for. We will confirm these findings to you in writing, so we both have a clear picture of your individual needs and requirements.
Free - no obligation - consultation	After we've established your particular requirement, we will send you links to pages on our site of performers who meet your criteria. These pages contain information, sound clips, songlist(s) and photo(s). We will discuss with you not just entertainment, but an entire entertainment solution, and take note of: budget, style, appearance, and logistical considerations like sound systems, lighting, etc. We will then give you objective suggestions and options to choose from. During this consultation process you may alter some or all of your initial requests. That is fine with us. We want your experience to be enjoyable, rewarding and completely stress-free. We aim to work with you to secure just the right performers, ensuring your event is a successful one.
Ongoing liaison; client - performers - venue	Our services don't stop with assigning performers to be at the right time in the right place. We will not only be acting as liaison between you and the performers, but also with the venue/events coordinator and in some cases with caterers, sound technicians, marquis suppliers and others, before and during the event. In this way, we can make sure that all aspects of your entertainment requirements go smoothly. In fact we will in most cases be either at the venue, or available by phone.
Standards	We make it our business to ensure our performers meet strict standards of both performance and presentation. Each performance is customised and coordinated with the theme and objectives of your event, and we will guarantee that our performers are fully aware of everything our clients have stipulated.
Flexibility	During the entire process, we have a flexible attitude to any changes you might request. We understand that last minute changes are often unavoidable. Wherever possible we will comply with your wishes. If these entail extra charges, we would let you know immediately, with confirmation in writing.
Fees	We always try to negotiate the best possible deal for our clients, but we are also aware that performers deserve to be paid at an appropriate level to their ability and experience. Quite simply, our philosophy is that underpaid performers won't give their best and clients who feel they've been overcharged won't come back. So we strive to obtain a win/win outcome for all concerned. Our quotes are all inclusive and there are no hidden costs.
Agency commission	The quote (and invoice) we send you includes our commission, which is 20 % over and above the total cost of the agreed entertainment package for the first booking via the honest agent. The commission will be 15% on any order by you thereafter.
Budget	Our services include creative entertainment solutions for our clients with deadlines and set budgets.
Follow-up/Money back guarantee	Within 24 hours after the event, we will check with you by phone or email to make sure the performance was a success. We will also take note of any feedback you might have. If by any chance you feel the entertainment did not meet the terms of the contract, we invite you to let us know in writing, why you were not satisfied. We will then investigate thoroughly and refund all or part of the fee, depending on the circumstance of the individual case. That is our guarantee.
Privacy Policy	The honest agent will not disclose any personal or business information to any unrelated third party. Your personal information, such as Name, Address etc., will only be used for internal business applications. Your name is be appended to our database and advertising may be mailed to you by post or electronic mail. If you do not wish to authorise this, please contact us and we will remove your details from our database.
